Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, or next business day. Once orders leave, they are in the hands of Australia Post for delivery.
All orders are shipped with door-to-door tracking. You will receive your tracking number from us via email where you can enter your tracking code and get updates from Australia Post.

Eco-Friendly Packaging
As a company whose main mission is to reduce waste and be as close to zero-waste as possible, we have spent a lot of time looking at eco-friendly packaging options. With that in mind we have sought out recyclable packaging that works with our sustainable coconut products.
We wrap our coconut bowls in tissue paper and pack them with craft paper so they do not get damaged in transit, then to top it all off we send your coconut bowls in a 100% recycled cardboard box!
You can do your part to help us with the end-of-life of our packaging materials. Please ensure that you recycle, compost or reuse our packaging materials.
