How can I return an item?
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full minus shipping costs.
Do not return your parcel without our prior approval.
Follow these steps when returning an item(s):
- Email customercare@coconutsy.com.au with a photo of the product you want to return and your order number.
- We will provide return instructions and a return delivery address.
- Package and return your parcel to the address provided.
- Once received your order will be refunded.
Please note customers are responsible for all return shipping charges except for faulty items or products damaged in transit. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
