Hello to all our Victorian friends! We would like to share with you an important update with you regarding our deliveries to Melbourne. The challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are small delays with some of our deliveries of coconut bowls and other sustainable products to Melbourne Victoria.
Earlier this week Victorian Premier, Daniel Andrews, announced that stage 4 restrictions will apply across Melbourne until 13 September 2020.
Australia Post has been classified a "Permitted Work Premise" so they can continue to operate with some restrictions and will require to reduce their workforce in their delivery network by one-third.
Delays can be up to a 2-3 days, and we ask that you bear with us and Australia Post during this time. After many phone calls with their support staff over the last few weeks I can tell you they are doing a great job under the circumstances.
