Tropical acai coconut bowl

Have a go of this tropical acai bowl recipe!

This bowl packs an antioxidant punch thanks to the acai and blueberries. Served in a coconut bowl topped with fresh mango and kiwi for added tropical flavor and finished off with granola for a nice crunch. 

  • 1 ½ cups frozen mango chunks.
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks.
  • 1 cup frozen banana chunks.
  • Two packets (100g) frozen unsweetened acai berry purée.
  • 1 cup ice cold water, more if necessary.
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons lime juice.
  • Recommended garnishes: coconut granola, shredded unsweetened coconut, chopped nuts, chia seeds, sliced fresh banana, mango and kiwi fruit.

  • In a blender, combine the frozen mango, pineapple banana and acai.
  • Pour in the cold water and start blending.
  • Add 1 to 2 tablespoons lime juice, to taste and blend briefly to combine. 
  • Pour the smoothie into your coconut bowls and top with garnish of your choice.
