INGREDIENTS (For Two)
- 1 ½ cups frozen mango chunks.
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks.
- 1 cup frozen banana chunks.
- Two packets (100g) frozen unsweetened acai berry purée.
- 1 cup ice cold water, more if necessary.
- 1 to 2 tablespoons lime juice.
- Recommended garnishes: coconut granola, shredded unsweetened coconut, chopped nuts, chia seeds, sliced fresh banana, mango and kiwi fruit.
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a blender, combine the frozen mango, pineapple banana and acai.
- Pour in the cold water and start blending.
- Add 1 to 2 tablespoons lime juice, to taste and blend briefly to combine.
- Pour the smoothie into your coconut bowls and top with garnish of your choice.
