Tiramisu Smoothie Coconut Bowl

 

A delicious blend of cold drip coffee and vanilla bean protein. Try this as a post-workout smoothie, or swap the coffee for decaf if you’d like to drink it at night as a dessert!

This tasty dessert is perfect for serving in a coconut bowl or one of our smoothie sets.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer into your coconut bowl and top with more yogurt and cacao powder. Enjoy!

You can also top with crushed macadamias, desiccated coconut, coffee beans or cacao nibs.
