  • 1 cup of chopped kale
  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes


  1. Start by adding the chopped kale, frozen pineapple chunks, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and lime juice to a blender.

  2. Blend the ingredients together until they're smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more almond milk or water to thin it out.

  3. Once you have a smooth consistency, add the ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the ice is completely crushed and mixed in with the other ingredients.
