Peanut Butter Acai Bowl

- 2 packs of frozen acai pulp (unsweetened)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any other plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- Toppings of your choice (such as sliced banana, granola, coconut flakes, chia seeds, or sliced almonds)
Run the frozen acai packs under warm water for a few seconds to soften them. Break them into smaller pieces and place them in a blender.
Add the ripe banana, frozen berries, peanut butter, almond milk, and sweetener (if using) to the blender.
Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a splash of additional almond milk to help with blending.
Once blended, pour the acai mixture into a bowl.
