Marshmallow Smoothie Bowl

Marshmallow Smoothie Recipe


Being able to make these marshmallow smoothies at home is quite dangerous. They are that good. 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings:

  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add the Greek yogurt, banana, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, almond milk, mini marshmallows, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the smoothie into a coconut bowl.

  3. Add the granola, sliced strawberries, blueberries, and mini marshmallows on top of the smoothie.

  4. Drizzle honey over the top of the smoothie bowl.

  5. Enjoy your delicious marshmallow smoothie bowl!

Note: You can use any type of milk you prefer, and adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more or less honey. You can also add other toppings such as sliced banana, chia seeds, or shredded coconut.
