This Mango Kiwi Smoothie is the perfect smoothie for sitting poolside this summer.
As we are into spring and getting closer to summer, you are going to see more mangos in the markets. I love fresh mango, especially when they are at that perfectly ripe and creamy stage
Feel free to swap out the ice cream with low-fat yogurt or almond milk. The ice cream is more of a special treat or dessert.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 kiwi - peeled
- 1 cup fresh chopped mango - about 1 medium mango
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 7 - 8 ice cubes
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a blender and process until combined.
- Pour into coconut bowls and enjoy immediately.
