This lychee smoothie is light and refreshing and perfect for an easy summer breakfast.

Made without yogurt or banana, it combines juicy sweet fruit with mint for a slightly tropical feel!

Ingredients

  • 10 lychees.
  • 2 small pears diced.
  • 1 cup almond milk.
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup.

Toppings

  • Raspberry's
  • Pear Slices
  • Hemp seeds

Method

  1. Dice the pears into small pieces to blend.
  2. Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend to a thick smoothie.
  3. Pour into your coconut bowl or smoothie cups, add ice and serve immediately.
