Homemade tomato juice is so rich, delicious, and filling! It tastes so much better than bought tomato juice and probably a lot better for you since you know exactly what is in it.

This causes the store-bought juice to lose some of it’s health benefits. By making tomato juice from scratch at home, you have full control over the amount of sodium that is added!
INGREDIENTS
- 6 ripe tomato's
- 2 carrots
- 1 celery stalk
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of salt
- Ice Cubes
- Water
- Tabasco Sauce (optional)
METHOD
- Place the ingredients in a blender or juicer. Pulse on and off and purée until smooth.
- If you are using a blender add water to find the right consistency.
- Pour into your coconut cup or bamboo cup and enjoy immediately.
