Try this Orange Peach and banana Smoothie in your coconut bowl for an amazing combination of citrus and sweet fruit flavours.
I know for many, Halloween can mean lots of candy and trick-or-treating. Today I’ve got a more naturally sweet alternative that still has lots of Halloween fun!
This breakfast treat is refreshing, fruity, and oh so delicious. This one is especially good because it also included frozen bananas to make it a cool and energising summer snack.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Peaches
- 1 Orange
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 Teaspoon of Honey
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- Ice
TOPPINGS
- Oats
- Peaches
- Orange Wedges
- Strawberries
METHOD
- Combine the peaches, orange juice, banana, almond milk, honey and ice in a blender and puree until smooth.
- If you'd like your smoothie a bit thicker just add in more frozen banana or ice.
- Serve immediately and enjoy in your coconut bowl.
Thanks to their high potassium content, peaches should be a part of your heart-healthy diet.
