Easy to make, these chips are a great side for pretty much everything and make a perfect snack for your coconut bowl.
Cut the chips as evenly as possible - This ensures the chips cook evenly.
Coat all the chips in olive oil - Any chips not covered in oil will dry out rather than go crispy.
Ingredients
- 2-3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 cm-thick ‘fries’
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Rosemary
Method
- Preheat oven to 210°C. Lightly coat a large baking tray with non-stick olive oil cooking spray.
- Combine sweet potato, oil, rosemary, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Toss to coat. Spread fries on the tray in a single layer.
- Bake 15 minutes. Turn fries over. Continue baking until crisp and lightly browned.
- Serve this tasty snack in your coconut bowl.
