Cinnamon Coffee Smoothie (Christmas Morning)

Coffee Christmas Morning Smoothie

This vegan cinnamon coffee smoothie is the perfect healthy breakfast or snack! Made with dates and almond butter, it's creamy, filling, and delicious.

It’s a great way to start the day on Christmas morning or enjoy in the afternoon.

Made a pot of coffee and have some leftover? Save it for this smoothie! Pour the coffee into a jar and store in the fridge until you are ready to use.


  • 1 frozen banana.
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter.
  • 2-4 tablespoons concentrated cold brew coffee or espresso.
  • 4 ice cubes.
  • ¾ cup almond milk, more as needed to blend.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
  • 1 heaping tablespoon maca powder, optional.
  • 1 heaping tablespoon vanilla protein powder.
  • 1 medjool date.


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add more almond milk, as needed.
  3. Enjoy immediately in your bamboo cup or take it with you on your morning walk with our travel smoothie cup.
You can always add a touch of maple syrup or honey to the smoothie to make it a touch sweeter. This is a great option if you like your smoothies to be a touch sweeter.
