  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Optional toppings: crushed walnuts, raisins, additional cinnamon, drizzle of honey


  1. Add the frozen bananas, rolled oats, Greek yogurt, almond milk, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and honey to a blender.

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour the smoothie into a coconut bowl.

  4. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon, crushed walnuts, and raisins.

  5. Drizzle with honey, if desired.
