INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 small carrot
- 1 pitted date
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1/2-1 cup almond milk (Feel free to use any milk you’d like)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Veego)
METHOD
- Add all the ingredients into your blender and whiz until smooth.

CHEFS TIP
Using frozen fruit is best as it helps keeps the smoothie cold and thick. Sometimes ice doesn’t blend as well, so it’s best to skip unless absolutely necessary.
If your smoothie doesn't taste sweet enough for your liking, you can add a 1/2 tablespoon of honey, pure maple syrup or more pitted Medjool dates.
