Avocado Blueberry Smoothie


Just four ingredients combine for a refreshing, just-sweet-enough smoothie that's a real treat. The healthy fats from avocado support brain health, and nourish your body to keep you feeling full!

TOP TIP: If you’re using all fresh fruit, add a handful of ice to this smoothie! I like to use a frozen banana, frozen blueberries, or a frozen avocado to give thickness and texture to this smoothie.

Blueberries add the sweet, fruity flavour and avocado adds a creamy, smooth texture to this healthy smoothie.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ avocado, pitted and sliced
  • 5 dates, pitted and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

METHOD

  1. Add blueberries, avocado, dates and coconut milk to a blender.
  2. Pour into a tall glass or tall bamboo cup and enjoy!
  3. Remember to sip sustainably with your bamboo straw.
