
Here's a recipe for a delicious Apple Crumble & Oatmeal Smoothie Bowl. It's full of healthy ingredients and decadent flavours!
Ingredients:
- 1 large apple, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions:
- 
In a small saucepan, combine the chopped apple, rolled oats, almond milk, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and honey or maple syrup.

Cook over medium heat until the apple is tender and the oatmeal is cooked, stirring occasionally, about 5-7 minutes. 
- 
Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes. 
- 
Transfer the mixture to a blender and add the Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth and creamy. 
- 
Pour the smoothie into a coconut bowl. 
- 
In a small bowl, mix together the chopped nuts and brown sugar. 
- 
Sprinkle the nut mixture over the top of the smoothie. 
-

Note: You can adjust the sweetness and thickness of the smoothie bowl by adding more or less honey or almond milk. If you prefer a chunkier texture, you can reserve some of the cooked apple and add it as a topping. You can also add additional toppings such as sliced banana, shredded coconut, or a drizzle of caramel sauce.
